Advantages of Mages over other races.

Yes, the Academy is a strong faction, but it has its own characteristics. It's very interesting, and it has its own tactics. Of course, it's one-sided, and it's harder to play with than, say, Barbarians or Warlocks, who have strong creatures and good spells. The Academy's strength lies in its spells, so unfortunately, Barbarians can crush the Academy's troops and rush on.
