The most original are the Orcs; it's hard to deny that, even if you don't like them, because their castle, heroes, and monsters are the most stylistically consistent. Even the castle was made less beautiful than others in order to maintain the style. Then come the Dwarves, and after that, I think everything is on an equal level. In the add-ons, the developers only had to add one race, so they put effort into both the Dwarves and the Orcs; the Orcs even have the most balanced upgrade.
