It seems that Warlocks and the Fortress, as well as the Sylvan, are quite strong, maybe even very strong. And of course, regular humans are also very good. Their Haven isn't the best, but they are strong on their own. I think humans are on par with the others, and it couldn't be any other way; all races are roughly equal... But Necropolis has always been more popular than humans in all parts (and many other games), even though humans are often the strongest race (for example, in Heroes of Might and Magic IV, they are clearly stronger)...
