A general topic for the entire clan...

Besides all this, the person who wants to create a clan conducts a poll, in which he and the (possible) future members do not participate. The poll takes into account the votes of forum users who are members of registered clans. A vote weighting is established, for example, 1/3. I think no one will vote for the creation of a clan that is obviously destined to be "dead."

... all of this has already been considered ;);).. and so far, nothing is better than what I proposed (and the post with the regulations was edited at least 5-6 times)... therefore, all these votes, etc., were also discussed.... there was even a suggestion to the administration to vote in their closed section for a clan.... but, as it turned out from the discussion, there would be little point in that....... and forum voting will also be ineffective...
