Tactics for the Swamp (Fortress).

I think the Swamp is a decent faction, although I can't seem to play them well :( Wyverns are weak, but they make up for it with their numbers and poison. Gorgons are beasts, powerful and tough. Hydras... they crawl slowly, of course, but when they get there, it's game over :) Snakes are weak, but fast, numerous, and annoying - they cast good spells and inflict weakness. Basilisks are very powerful. Gnolls are good (and cute). Lizards... they're not a bad ranged unit, the only problem is that there's only one and it's level 2 :( Heroes... hmm, they're decent too, I guess :) In general, the Swamp army isn't weak - it's just that, in my opinion, it's different from the standard, so it's harder to play. You have to find the right tactics for this faction ;) Not everyone can handle it. Personally, I like the Swamp in Heroes 3 more than the Conflux and Rampart (I really love the Elves :) )
