Moderator elections.

I completely agree with WitcheR-L. Even better, I think we should create a thread and hold something like an election there. The most active members and those who have been on the forum for a long time are chosen – 30-40 people. Through voting, half are eliminated (everyone votes except moderators and the candidates themselves). The second round is the most interesting – only the candidates vote here, i.e., the half that was chosen. You can't vote for yourself. 10 people remain. The third round – here, only the moderators vote, and they choose the 2 new coordinators. Well, that's my idea.
