Here's a situation that needs clarification: you have wings, you need to build a level 5 castle (or whatever the rules state), you can fly, everything is fine; then an enemy takes your level 5 castle, and... I'm sitting here wondering if I can still fly or not. It's interesting. On one hand, you built it, so you should be able to fly, but on the other hand, you don't have the castle anymore.
