Otherwise, they could easily close this topic and suspend or delete the clan, if they haven't resolved the issue with LZMS regarding the status of clans.

I don't understand? LZMS decides on the status of clans? Why would MegaClan suddenly decide the fate of future clans? As far as I know, this is outside the scope of LZMS's responsibilities. And according to the respected Qwerty, it seems that creating clans is already possible, because his post about inviting this clan to join MegaClan suggests that.
