I apologize for the off-topic comment, but as far as I know, the creation of Clans has been temporarily suspended. Someone recently tried to create a Clan called "Snake," but they weren't allowed to. And here, I don't see anything about it. Has it already been approved, and have the "Clan Regulations" been adopted?
