Which combined artifact is the best?

I chose Haven. It's nice to get +21 to everything and a prayer at the start of the battle. BUT, I don't like that it closes almost all slots. For example, the boots slot. It's very annoying if you had boots equipped there. I don't understand the point of Dragon Strength; you have to collect so much to get a not-so-big bonus to characteristics and immunity to magic levels 1-4?
