Alright, out of respect for you and everyone who understands tactics, I'll take back what I said about tactics, first aid, logistics, and scouting being nonsense. I'll say that at the very least, they are of minor importance in the game. I think that would be more polite.
All of this is based on experience, and those who have played enough know how necessary sometimes a particular secondary skill can be, which initially seems useless.
Play not for fun, but for results - participate in tournaments, talk to the winners about their tactics for completing maps, and you will understand the difference. When playing for fun, many things don't matter much - if you are willing to spend a few extra game days... But when you need to achieve the optimal result and complete a map as quickly as possible, no skill can be dismissed.
