[HoMM3 on-line Tournaments] "Favorites to Battle"

Dear tournament participants, please read the rules more carefully.

1. The tournament rules are simply copied from the ranked games, and there is no point about prohibiting upgrades of levels 1, 6, and 7 at the Conflux.
2. It also states that the game will be played on version 4.0 or 3.2.
3. I don't see a point stating that the organizer can reserve the right to change the tournament conditions.
