[HoMM3 on-line Tournaments] "Favorites to Battle"

As I understand it, we will be playing on the Platinum difficulty and following the rules of ranked games. According to those rules, upgrades of levels 1, 6, and 7 are prohibited, as they balance the strength of this faction compared to others. Furthermore, cheating heroes from this faction are also prohibited. So, everything is fine ;)

Dear tournament participants, please read the rules more carefully.

1. The tournament rules are simply copied from the ranked game rules; there is no point about prohibiting upgrades of levels 1, 6, and 7 for the Conflux.
2. It also states that the game will be played on version 4.0 or 3.2.
3. I don't see a point stating that the organizer can reserve the right to change the tournament conditions.
