Well, that's the point – a Crusader can tear an Ogre apart in half a turn. I can give an example of when Crusaders are more useful than Monks.
I had a hero, and Crusaders attacked him. The hero poisoned them, hit them, but didn't finish them off, and they got close to him. And they struck. To death. But the hero had Immortality and immediately got up. And then the Crusaders finished him off with a second strike :eek: He didn't even have time to heal, and the shield didn't help... But with Monks, you can heal calmly, and when the shots run out, poison them and just run away from them on the map... This tactic helped me :).
