[HoMM3 on-line Tournaments] "Favorites to Battle"

I would like to ask the organizer:
1) What will be the tournament format? Round-robin, Swiss system, Olympic system, etc.
2) If I want my games to be included in the seasonal ranking, do I need to agree on this with my opponent and submit a report in the seasonal games thread, or will the games here be counted automatically?
