Is Conflux a broken castle?

It's pointless to argue about which faction is stronger; they're not human. (IMHO) I like Conflux because it allows for rapid development. Even with a difficulty of 200%, I can build Phoenixes in 2-3 weeks, and with them, I can explore the map even further and find an opponent who hasn't even built Angels yet (for example). Moreover, Phoenixes are the fastest units in Heroes 3, so with them, I can, for example, be the first to use Armageddon (80% of the time, I find it or build the guild) or use Explosion or simply Slow, etc. (you decide based on the parameters of the enemy hero and yourself). And in general, the city doesn't require many resources to build. BUT, there's always a BUT! There are people who, for example, build a lot of skeletons for Necropolis + Liches, and then they simply overwhelm you, and even if I go first thanks to the Phoenixes, 3000 skeletons can't be destroyed at once, even with magic. NO, I don't think Conflux is an overpowered faction.
