What is more important: luck or fighting spirit?

Thirdly, morale is definitely better than luck (for those creatures that have it). Morale allows you to deal twice as much damage, while luck only allows you to deal a little more (although, sometimes, it can be significant, but less than a 2x multiplier).
Luck is better, for example, if you have 50 elves against two groups of 100 peasants, one group with 50 and the other with 50. With luck, you'll kill one group, but with morale, you'll kill both.
So, morale is better.
