Good game, we played in SoD.

On the first week, from the garrison I built Manticores in the Castle. Near my starting area there was only an external dwelling of Harpies.
On 1.2.1., I finally reached the secondary Tower town.
On 1.3.3., I found my secondary town, built Red Dragons. I painted the external Harpy dwelling near the secondary town. The next turn, I took a Pandora's Box of 10,000 experience for 10-19 Black Knights.
On the fourth [week], I got the Shield +5 to defense, the Cloak +5 to spell power, the Helm +3 to knowledge, the Dragonwing Cloak for +2 to power/knowledge.
On the fifth [week], I got the Golden Bow, an external Manticore dwelling near the secondary town.
On 2.1.5., I was at the opponent's castle, having broken through a guard of 20-49 Bone [Dragons] and 50-99 Unicorns.
On 2.1.6., Shakti attacked.
I was counting on Shooters with [expert] Archery, and over 450 Troglodytes.
My main hero: 13-14-13-11 (180). Expert in Earth, Tactics, Offense, [expert] Catapult was leveled, [expert] Archery, Logistics, Wisdom, and [expert] Morale. My army: 5 Red [Dragons], 18 Manticores, 36 Medusas, 80 Evil Eyes, 97 Harpies, 452 Troglodytes.
Opponent's main hero: 9-22-3-3 (30). Army: 3 Angels, 3 Green [Dragons], 16 War Unicorns, 20 Dendroid [Soldiers], 17 Silver Pegasi, 28 Grand Elves, 44 Dwarves.

Mass [Slow], plus Troglodytes breaking through the moat, and Lightning Bolt with 300+ damage ensured victory for Shakti.
