So, here are my suggested changes to the hero skill build.
Leadership might not be necessary (2%), and gathering troops is a good skill for Town-to-Town gameplay, but I think it's more useful for a secondary hero who will always start a new week in a town. Diplomacy is completely unnecessary; it should never be leveled up.
In Logistics, I would choose Pathfinding instead of Keen Mind, Scouting, or Surprise Attack. For even faster movement, Pathfinding is useful, and then you can level up Warpath. With Warpath, the hero doesn't stop on creeps, which significantly increases the total movement range, and therefore, development happens faster overall.
I won't comment on the rest; let the experts on Town-to-Town gameplay judge.
O God of Earth and Altar, Bow down and hear our cry, Our earthly rulers falter, Our people drift and die, The walls of gold entomb us, The swords of scorn divide, Take not thy thunder from us, Take away our pride.
