Is Conflux a broken castle?

What majority did you consider in the example of growth rates? I'm interested in levels 1, 2, and 3.
Also, it seems that the growth rate for sprites at the Conflux is 50, not 40.

I used the Castle as the majority. The growth rate doesn't differ much in other cities. And the growth rate for sprites is 40 per week, if we don't take into account buildings like the Horde.
