Are new factions needed?

Forgive me, Kitsune and other authors, but if you come up with races not seriously, it's worth creating them in the "off-topic" section. But in my opinion, if an author offers an idea, even if it's absurd, but aimed at implementation, then... see the first message – such topics should be allowed. Again, IMHO. And if it bothers someone, then don't read about this race, and that's it.
