What is your favorite installment in the Heroes series?

Heroes 3 - Forever!!
Because it's a classic, it will still be around even when Heroes 1000 comes out.

It would be interesting to see Heroes of Might and Magic 1000, but I doubt we'll live to see it... not much has been said about the first game here... but after it, many things become clear in terms of plots, biographies, and so on.
