Are there any plans to make a sixth installment in the Heroes series?
Perhaps the intention was that the project being developed by Nival is a story-driven continuation of Dark Messiah. Of course, Heroes 6 will be a continuation; after all, the world of Ashan hasn't disappeared, but how much time will pass after the events of Dark Messiah... I think quite a lot...
But why is that? After all, initially, the events of Heroes 5 were planned to take place after Dark Messiah destroyed the demon prison. Most likely, Heroes 6 will be connected to this event, and we will also most likely see the Naga race and S.G.V., as it is, a global conflict.

I recently read somewhere that the developers will not make Heroes 6 and subsequent games, although there is a high demand for the 5th part, and they could try to make a sequel to Orcs.
A small question: why did Ubisoft buy the rights to Might and Magic: Heroes? It is unlikely that they did it to make just one game; they will get everything they can out of the project, and they are unlikely to abandon it until it becomes irrelevant and starts to bring large losses
