Confirmed. Once again, I couldn't get Archangels to work while playing as a Cleric, and neither I nor my opponent could find any mines other than wood and ore - although I was looking quite deliberately. I suspect that, besides my inexperience, the game is geared more towards melee combat than magic under these conditions. Although, I repeat, I don't have enough experience to say for sure. Respect to my opponent for the clear gameplay and post-game analysis.
