I advise the organizer of this tournament to establish clear timeframes for the games and create a separate thread for reporting on the tournament. They should also write a template for how the reports should be written, which will be used to record the results in the bracket. Watching all the replays will be exhausting, and while they should definitely be made, replays should only be required in case of disputes, as evidence. Otherwise, it's more efficient and convenient to simply write a report according to the established format.
