Are new factions needed?

Dear moderators and administrators! I am posting this topic here because I believe the question I raise is relevant and important for the section. I have also added a poll for clarity. In recent days, while visiting the site, I noticed that some members of our community believe it is not rational to suggest new races and factions. In particular, there is an opinion that everything good has already been invented, and topics with suggestions for their own races or factions become a way to accumulate empty messages. From another point of view, which I share, ideas for new races are good both individually and in mass. Thanks to the abundance of suggestions, it is possible to choose the best ones, which may eventually become a reality. It is worth figuring out what would be better for the site.
