Smoking is definitely bad, but some people become smokers regardless of their own will. For example, if parents smoke in the family, a child gets used to tobacco smoke! I smoke myself, but I'm almost done with it.
If anyone wants to quit smoking but can't, I'll give you one piece of advice (which helped me quit). There's a great author, Allen Carr, and his book is called "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" (and there's also one about stopping drinking). 95% of those who read it quit smoking (or drinking), and I'm one of them!
