Tador, you should tell people how to install them. Here's the instruction: to install these portraits, you need a program called ResEditor. If you don't have it, write to me, and I'll post it here (it's 1.5 MB). 1. Place the images in the Data folder (this folder is located in the game folder). 2. Now, open ResEditor (using File -> Open...) and open the game folder, then the Data folder, and in it, H3bitmap.lod. 3. Then, select Edit -> File Manager. In the window that appears, find the game folder, then Data again, and double-click to replace the hero portrait (just double-click the left mouse button, and answer OK to the message that appears). 4. Then, click the "Make change" button next to the percentage bar. And do this for each portrait. Note: First, be sure to make a copy of the bitmap. Second, you must replace both hero formats (HPL and HPS). If you follow the instructions exactly, you will definitely succeed! Good luck! And here are some more of my maps:
