Loken is right, right now EVERYONE is resting, from schoolchildren to those who work. (perhaps with a few minor exceptions). So, it's time to start discussing abilities and stats, and balance them together (even if it's just an estimate, but there are no fools here, so it will turn out to be very good, in my opinion). I think Arandor and Nick will post their version, and the rest will evaluate it and possibly suggest some corrections.
