[PROBLEM] I can't register on the website www.ubi.com. I filled in all the required fields: password, name, nickname, and the registration seemed to go through. I thought I was registered. I tried to log in with my nickname, but it said it was incorrect. I checked my email, and there was a message from them. It's written in English, and they're asking me to fill out some kind of file and send it to them. How and what do I need to do to register?
