Topic for Clan Leaders and their Deputies.

I apologize for bringing this up here, but I have an idea: We should create a dedicated thread for APPLICATIONS, where players can submit their requests to join a clan, specifying the clan name. In other words, applications would be submitted only in this special thread, not in the clan's representative thread or anywhere else. (Players won't be able to submit their applications everywhere to avoid being overlooked...) This way, we can see which clan(s) a player wants to join, and the clan leaders can then make their decisions.
