The point is that you need to play without "giving in" for both sides - so in your case, for 1 fairy, you will try to use it as intended - and for the other side, you will try to avoid this... but for reliability, the final word still rests with judge Qwerty.
Essentially, the entire second round is 90% a formality - it simply provides some additional experience for the participants - and also helps the judge to study all the battles in more detail, as participants can look at the battles from a different perspective and find something new even for the judge.
P.S. So even if, contrary to the judge, it's not just you who uses the fairy this way, we will file an appeal against the judge's decision - but, of course, it must be provable.
