Use !!UN:T, and you'll be happy. You'll just have to write a lot of conditions, but it's elementary.

For example, it allows you to recruit Dragonlings in a Dungeon:

!!UN:T4/6/1/196; - you just need to make it for one Castle (I think you'll figure it out).
