I agree with the judge! I've said it many times before – I understand that sometimes it's a hassle to write detailed, descriptive reports, and some people are just lazy ;) But the aforementioned header must be written mandatory (and it's not difficult at all), and please describe the match in at least two sentences. Put yourself in SS-D's shoes – he already spends a lot of free time filling out the ranking table, and now he also has to decipher reports where you can only guess who the winner and loser are by intuition. Gentlemen, let's at least show some respect for the work of the person who, instead of playing, spends time counting votes :)
