Well, apparently many will think (and most likely it will be so...) why all these complexities, etc., but the only way, in my opinion, to make this kind of information accessible is through the actions of the clan leaders themselves... In addition to publishing such an application, it would probably also be worth finding out the purpose of an individual joining a particular clan, like: "Why do you want to join us? If the arguments are strong and well-founded, then you are welcome..., although, not quite :p, participate in tournaments and prove yourself..." - well, that's just an example. That's how it is :).
