First, level up this super ability. For example, I tried to level up Elemental Fury for my Dark Elf, but I couldn't, no matter how hard I tried. Sometimes, none of the four skill slots have anything that's needed for the super ability. And that way, you can ruin the entire leveling process. You won't get any decent skills, and you won't get the super ability. So, in my opinion, it's nonsense; it's better to level up the hero the way you think is best, rather than the way it needs to be for the super ability.
