I haven't even unpacked it yet because I'm on the third campaign of the original game.
(I downloaded and installed all the parts from the internet.)

And the price is indeed 405 rubles (probably because they have New Year's discounts)... because in another store it's 441 rubles, but with a discount, it's also 405 rubles.

And after the Gold edition came out, Lords of Magic started costing around 200 rubles, if I'm not mistaken, and the Silver edition was almost 300.

I checked it out yesterday... There are no new scenarios (at least not in the Orc campaign).
So, they must have added multiplayer scenarios.
There's either a mission or a campaign (I don't know because I haven't played the mission) featuring Sareth (Fenning's apprentice) who has to deliver some kind of crystal to the city of Stonehelm. He's helped by Xana :) I haven't played DM&M, so I don't know.
It also includes a fan-made guide and a skill wheel.
