[HMM III OFF TOURNAMENT] "Race for the Leader"

Also, esteemed Decontaminator sent his save file on December 22, 2007, at 0:41.
So, players, should we forgive him and accept the save, or punish him?

For reference - when he hadn't sent the save yet, I was already ready to play with him, and he quickly finished everything and immediately started playing with me... so I can assure you that he didn't have time for discussions ;)
I myself am so confident because I remember that I didn't have time to finish before midnight and decided to give up on it and play a ranked match with someone instead :)
P.S. And I won't be afraid to add that he is a very decent person, (it's a pity that not everyone is like that)
