A few questions?

1. Why on earth are the boots of levitation a Relic? In terms of effect, they match those from HOMM3, and there, IMHO, they are some of the most useless artifacts. I always play on random maps without sea, and for the life of me, I don't understand how the esteemed developers will manage to change my mind! There is no grace in the seas of Heroes!!! Just one big pain!
2. Angel wings are attached to hair??? Sure thing!!! Just imagine that!
3. More than half of the artifacts were inherited into the game from previous parts! I hope I don't need to list them?
Now, here is the question!!! How did they end up in a COMPLETELY NEW WORLD???

Now it's clear why there are no dwarves! They've gone into hiding so their artifacts won't be taken away!
