Ranger "Refugees" - [5th campaign, 1st mission]

Try not to worry too much about the posts. That is, don't increase the difficulty and set the minimum difficulty to 2. Then the computer will seem to be attacking more, and maybe Biara will appear. Another option... Try to kill all the Inferno creatures on the map (on your territory).
