Everyone seems to be writing the same things. So, here are my thoughts:
Orcish "antimagic." It's mediocre. It's better to take something combat-oriented instead of this useless skill, which doesn't help much in everyday life. The ability to reduce power is also not great. Orcs themselves have very low power.
"Magic"
Don't say that it's "not much worse than other races," because it is worse. Another hero can learn a ton of spells. Punishing Strike will last a long time, not just one turn. Chaos can be cast on an area, not just one unit. Frightening Roar is almost nonsense.
In other respects... that same battle cry, giving a ton of attack for one turn, I like it. Call to Blood is also good. Rage is also okay, although its usefulness decreases as the battle progresses.
In general, orcish magic cannot be compared to the magic of other races, but despite this, it is still pretty good. In the end, they have Blood Fury - the best skinchanger skill of all.
