And I finally completed this mission... you really need to run to the second Elven city as quickly as possible... I didn't quite make it, I met Gilraen and ran back... he has more troops, but I bought reinforcements in the lower castle... I defended myself from Gilraen there, and after defeating him, the game became easier.

By the way, one of the things I love about Heroes 5 is the battles... I really enjoyed defending the castle in mission 5 of the first campaign with just a few units against constant raids... and after finding the Tear of Ascha, I took everything down.
