In the English version, was it written this way, or were percentages used? This is an important question because it results in two artifacts of different significance.

And it's also interesting about the dwarves; there's nothing about them in Messiah either, and about the Unicorn Horn Bow. Only the Nivelons know how to make a bow from a horn, and also how and why the breastplate gives a bonus to attack:D

There's nothing about artifacts that give experience... I wonder if the developers have any common sense?

It would be good if the respected developers were guided by common sense when creating artifacts and their descriptions. An artifact should fit into the history of the world and its mythology.
