LMS, IMHO, is unnecessary!

1) Explain WHY is the Inter-Clan Management System (ICMS) needed??????
2) To resolve inter-clan conflicts??????
3) What is an inter-clan conflict?????
4) WHY create a clan management body????
5) It turns out it's not an ICMS, but some kind of mega-clan!!!!
6) If someone violates the portal rules, then what are the moderators for????
7) If you want to complain, create a thread in the inter-clan section "Complaints" and set the rules for using the thread, and that's it.

2) Yes.
3) An inter-clan conflict is exactly what's happening with the "Knights of the Apocalypse" clan right now (although they started it, not us), and there are other such conflicts too...
4) Because if there isn't such a body, everyone will be enemies with each other and will be rude, etc. But if such a body exists (it already exists - it's the ICMS... the question is that it's temporarily not working)... it will monitor that everything is within the rules, etc. There will be a system of "carrot and stick".
5) The ICMS is not a clan; it is a clan management body. And if you understand this as a clan after qwerty's statement about challenging all clans, including the ICMS and those who are not members, to a tournament, then you are mistaken. ;)
6) Moderators can't delete messages everywhere; coordinators have little time, and the admin has even less time... so we need power from the people, and moreover, a coordinated power of all representatives of all clans...
7) Oh, but we don't need that. There will be whining, both justified and unjustified, for any and no reason. Someone will try to discredit those they dislike (for example, kj1313 - I'm 300% sure he will write something about me, although it's all pointless... I won't explain why...).
