Because "zero" doesn't participate in any of the standard combinations - straight, four of a kind, black, red, dozen, etc.

...it does participate in a four of a kind (0123), a straight, and straights (012, 023)... there are many variations in roulette... but in almost any casino, the aforementioned combinations are available.
Everything else - everything is correct, I agree with everything... I've thought about this many times, on my way home on the first trolleybus :smile40: :smile40: :smile40:
