The League of Laws is an inter-clan council.

I submitted a proposal to join the League of Vampire Clans to the Supreme Council of the Vampire Clan, and I will let you know as soon as a decision is made. I want to say that, personally, I am against our clan joining the League of Vampire Clans until this organization proves itself through real actions. This organization can't even resolve small skirmishes and disputes about itself. What can be said about major disputes and relations between clans?
