After a series of consultations, the following was decided:
1. This tournament is the first step in consolidating the Heroes community.
2. We are repeating the precedent from a year and a half ago: two tournaments will be played on one save file, on two forums.
3. Despite the difference in rules, cross-arena matches between forums will be possible by mutual agreement.
4. The process of tournament consolidation is planned to be strengthened. In case of positive results, the possibility of holding a Three Resources Super Cup on a neutral ground is not excluded (of course, with simultaneous play on each of them).

Today, if time allows, I will start the tournament on the League. I hope the players will support the organizers' idea.
Regarding the rules, we will discuss them in private messages; they must be uniform to avoid problems with arena matches between the different resources.

As a newcomer, I have some questions:
1. Does "full opening of the puzzle map" mean completely, or just when the cross appears?

2. What are the criteria for the effect of hypnosis?

If the number of Hit Points (Lives) of the unit on which Hypnosis is cast is less than or equal to, based on the formula 25 HP * Magic Power, then the unit comes under the control of the hero who cast it. Accordingly, the troops should not be specifically targeted.
