Night Nazgul is a member of the clan
so, in essence, he doesn't represent himself, but rather his clan;)

I've been talking to him for a while because the Rangers of the Dungeon clan is falling apart, and he's still considering whether it's worth joining us. If their clan completely falls apart, he will probably join us.
