I think that the skill factor has a much greater impact, especially with more time, because it's much harder to plan, and there are more opportunities to make mistakes... and as can be seen from the post, the gap between leaders and outsiders will be greater - that is, skill will be more evident.
That's why I'm in favor of a shorter period :) even if it only gives a small chance.
