Hmm, in principle, Reaper is right, but we shouldn't forget that people always want more, so we need new emoticons, even if it's just a couple, please... *whining like a silly girl* There will definitely be more emotions than emoticons. And everyone wants to express them. And those who don't have enough emoticons often express themselves in a way they don't intend... So, in principle, I'm for emoticons, but I won't argue with Reaper.
And a couple of options for vomiting emoticons, one might not be suitable :)
